Manufacturing method and features

In the modeling machine, the coil material (SUS304, galvanized steel) is formed into a u-shape. It inserts a core wire into the center of the base material and holds it by press-fitting both sides of the coil.
It is not likely to occur hair loss of the base material (filament), durability is excellent.
Channel thicknesses such as 3T, 4T, 5T, and 6T are mainly used.
The brush base material (filament) uses a conductive material.
Thunderon wool - very soft and highly conductive.
Carbon filament - Strength is adjustable depending on the selected resistance value or diameter to suit the purpose.
