Manufacturing method and features
  1. A method of processing the optimal material among various materials such as aluminum, SUS, and steel into the body, processing the hole, and then press-fitting the brush fill to fix it.

  5. Density can be adjusted depending on the hole size and spacing. Various angular or brush shapes are possible.
  7. The brush base material (filament) uses a conductive material.
  9. Thunderon wool - very soft and highly conductive.
  11. Carbon filament - Strength is adjustable depending on the selected resistance value or diameter to suit the purpose.
