Manufacturing method and features
  1. 합성수지(MC,PE,PVC,Acetal등),Aluminum,Wood 등 여러소재중 최적의 소재를 Body 가공하여 Hole 가공 후 Brush Fill을 압입 하여 고정하는 방법.
  2. Brush 모재(Fillament)가 탈모 되는 현상이 없음.
  3. Hole의 크기 및 간격에 따라 밀도조절이 가능하고. 각도형등 다양한 형태의 브러쉬 형상이 가능.
  4. Brush 모재(Filament)는 합성수지모,동물성모, 등을 사용.
  5. 합성수지모는 66 Nylon, 612 Nylon, 내열성모 등이 있음.
