  3. ● In the modeling machine, the coil material (SUS304, galvanized steel) is formed into a u-shape. It inserts a core wire into the center of the base material and holds it by press-fitting both sides of the coil.
  4. ● It is not likely to occur hair loss of the base material (filament), durability is excellent.
  5. ● Channel thicknesses such as 3T, 4T, 5T, 6T, 8T, and 10T are mainly used.
  6. ● Brush base material (filament) uses synthetic resin hair, animal hair, vegetable hair, SUS wire, etc.
  7. ● Synthetic resin bristles include 66 Nylon, 612 Nylon, and PP.
